      Thank you for pointing that out! 😊 You’re absolutely right - we don’t use weights and the mini ball for every exercise, only for specific ones. For example, in the lunge series, having a dumbbell is super helpful to hold the strap with both hands. Let me know if you have any other questions - happy to help! 💪✨
